Mike McCarthy Bridgewater State
Senior • Quarterback • Edgartown, Mass.
McCarthy amassed 392 yards of total offense and three touchdowns in the Bears' 45-20 Cranberry Bowl victory over Massachusetts Maritime. Rushed for 119 yards and two touchdowns (5, 6) and passed for 273 yards and another score on his way to being named Most Valuable Player of the game.
Will Arndt Western Conn. State
Junior • Quarterback • Sandy Hook, Conn.
Arndt collected 376 total yards and four touchdowns in the Colonials' 37-0 victory over Westfield State. Threw two touchdowns (31, 23) and rushed for two, including one of 92 yards.
Dillon Huber-Parker Bridgewater State
Senior • Defensive Back • Longmont, Colo.
Parker forced three turnovers, including two interceptions and a forced fumble while recording a team-best 11 solo tackles in the Bears' 45-20 Cranberry Bowl victory over Massachusetts Maritime.
Rob Giles Plymouth State
Junior • Kicker • Derry, N.H.
Giles drilled three field goals from 26, 37 and 28 yards and was 3-for-3 on PAT kicks in the Panthers' loss to Fitchburg State. Set the school record for field goals in a season with 12, breaking the previous mark of 10.
Garrett Dellechiaie Fitchburg State
Freshman • Quarterback • Leominster, Mass.
Dellechiaie finished with 188 yards and five touchdowns (23, 44, 6, 4, 20) in the Falcons' 41-30 victory over Plymouth State. Became the Falcons' single season touchdown pass leader with 25.
