WESTFIELD, Mass. -- The MASCAC Football Play-of-the-Week highlights the top plays from each conference game of the weekend, and asks fans to vote on their favorite.
The nominees from Week 2 are embedded below. Watch each highlight, and vote for the play that you think is the MASCAC Football Play-of-the-Week on the MASCAC Twitter account (https://twitter.com/mascacsports)! Voting is open until Wednesday at 2 pm. The vote totals and the winning play will be announced Wednesday on the MASCAC website and social media sites.
Play No. 1 - Bridgewater StateWith UNE lined up to punt, Bridgewater State's Brandon Meideros gets the jump and blocks the punt, recovers it and takes it to the endzone for the score. |
Play No. 2 - Framingham StateOn the 30 yard line, Framingham State QB Nicolas Goffredo drops back to pass and finds Manny Lara who has broken free from his coverage. Lara makes the catch and falls in the endzone for the score in the Rams' win. |

Play No. 3 - UMass DartmouthCorsairs quarterback Dante Aviles-Santos sails a pass down the far sideline to Keenan Little who makes the catch out of the reach of the defender and then completes the play by racing it in for a 70 yard score. |
Play No. 4 - WestConnDropping back to pass, WestConn QB John Giller sends a pass over the middle to an open Julian Ferguson who turns on the after burners to outrun the defense and take it 69 yards for the score in the win over Albright. |
