WESTFIELD, Mass. -- The MASCAC Football Play-of-the-Week highlights the top plays from each conference game of the weekend, and asks fans to vote on their favorite.
The nominees from Week 4 are embedded below. Watch each highlight, and vote for the play that you think is the MASCAC Football Play-of-the-Week on the MASCAC Twitter account (https://twitter.com/mascacsports)! Voting is open until Wednesday at 2 pm. The vote totals and the winning play will be announced Wednesday on the MASCAC website and social media sites.
Play No. 1 - Bridgewater StateBridgewater State's Adam Couch takes the handoff and heads towards the line of scrimmage. While it looks like he will be tackled, he pops through the line and takes off with his teammate near by and races 63 yards for the touchdown in the Bears' win. |
Play No. 2 - Fitchburg StateBack to receive the kickoff, Fitchburg State's Elijah Zaire McKnight fields it cleanly then begins to race downfield. A defender gets a hand on him, but McKnight breaks free then continues downfield 85 yards for the score. |
