WESTFIELD, Mass. -- The MASCAC Football Play-of-the-Week highlights the top plays from each conference game of the weekend, and asks fans to vote on their favorite.
The nominees from Week 6 are embedded below. Watch each highlight, and vote for the play that you think is the MASCAC Football Play-of-the-Week on the MASCAC Twitter account (https://twitter.com/mascacsports)! Voting is open until Thursday at 2 pm. The vote totals and the winning play will be announced Wednesday on the MASCAC website and social media sites.
Play No. 1 - Framingham StateFramingham State QB Terry Smith with some extra time after he drops back, finds Devaun Ford downfield. Ford makes the catch and eludes two defenders before being dragged down in the endzone for the 46 yard touchdown in the Rams' victory. |
Play No. 2 - Mass. MaritimeMass. Maritime QB Marc Murphy fields the low snap cleanly then finds Declan Van Nest who has beat his coverage and is wide open easily making the catch and taking it in for the 41 yard score. |
