Willie Lombard of Plymouth State, Dante Aviles-Santos and Jonathan Brightman of UMass Dartmouth, Manuel Freitas of Worcester State and Jeremiah Julmiste of Bridgewater State claim MASCAC Football weekly accolades.

Offensive Player of the Week |
| Lombard rushed for a career-high 231 yards and four touchdowns as Plymouth State ran past Framingham State, 41-20, on Saturday. Lombard registered 23 carries for a 10.0 yards per carry average, posting TD runs of 48, 10, 2 and 6 yards. His 231 yards are the most for a Plymouth State rusher since Joe Dudek went for 265 yards in the 1985 ECAC North Championship 39 years ago. He added a 19-yard reception and 30 kick return yards to finish with 280 all-purpose yards and had 104 yards and three touchdowns through the Panthers’ first three possessions alone. |

Aviles-Santos had another outstanding effort in the Corsairs 41-30 victory over Western Connecticut State on Saturday. He went 24-of-37 on the afternoon, throwing for 323 total yards and three touchdowns. He opened the contest with a 73-yard touchdown throw in the opening minute of the game. He followed that up with a 21-yard and 65-yard TD throws to put the Corsairs up 21-0 in the first. His continued efforts throughout the game, including 43 rushing yards of his own, helped UMass Dartmouth to the victory and remain undefeated in conference play. |
Defensive Player of the Week
Jonathan Brightman, UMass Dartmouth
Senior, Defensive Back, Wareham, Mass.
Brightman had an incredible effort on Saturday, helping the Corsairs to a critical 41-30 victory over
Western Connecticut State. He recorded six total tackles and made a huge impact with two key
interceptions. In the opening quarter with the Wolves threatening deep in the Corsairs zone, Brightman
picked off WestConn’s quarterback at the four-yard line, giving the ball back to UMassD as they charged
back down the field for the touchdown and a 21-0 score. Then in the fourth quarter with the Wolves threatening
on the Corsairs five-yard line, Brightman caught the ball in the endzone for his second INT of the game as
UMass Dartmouth regained possession and ran out the clock for the win.

Freitas made a 19 yard field goal and four extra point attempts in the Lancers’ 31-6 win over VT State-Castleton. |

Julmiste rushed for 47 yards and a touchdown on 12 carries in the Bears’ 17-9 MASCAC win over Fitchburg State. Also added one reception for six yards. |
