Recent Worcester State University graduate Michaila Parent, a former member of the Lancer field hockey team, has been announced as the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference nominee for the NCAA Woman of the Year.
Recent Worcester State University field hockey graduate Michaila Parent (Westborough, Mass.) has earned her second consecutive Google Cloud Academic All-America selection, as voted on by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA).
After a stellar field hockey and athletic career at Worcester State, Michaila Parent was named the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year which is voted on by the Athletic Directors around the conference.
For the second consecutive season, Michaila Parent, a senior on the Worcester State University field hockey team, has been selected to the Google Cloud Academic All-District First Team, as voted on by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA).
After the completion of the fall regular season, Bridgewater State has the most points in the first round of the Howard C. Smith Cup standings. The Smith Cup is awarded annually to the member institution which compiles the most points based on the placement of each of its programs competing in the 15 league championship sports.
