MASCAC Field Hockey Weekly Awards 9/25
The Salem State duo of Mikayla Mason and Izzy Mosley are the MASCAC Field Hockey Offensive, Defensive and Rookie of the Week award winners after leading the Vikings to two conference victories last week.

Mason scored three goals and had an assist in a 2-1 week for the Vikings. Had the only goal in a 3-1 setback to Southern Maine and netted the game-winner in a 1-0 shutout over Bridgewater State. She then added a goal and assist in the Vikings’ 2-1 win over Framingham State. |

Defensive Player and Rookie of the Week |

Mosley went 2-1 for the Vikings with an .871 save average, stopping 27 shots to go with a shutout. The freshman had nine saves in a 1-0 shutout over Bridgewater State and made nine saves in 10 attempts in a 2-1 victory over Framingham State. |
