Samantha Souza of Bridgewater State along with the Westfield State duo of Emma Gniadek and Caroline Andrade earn the MASCAC Field Hockey Offensive, Defensive and Rookie of the Week accolades.

Souza scored three goals as she found the back of the net in all three games in a 2-1 week for the Bears which included a pair of MASCAC wins over Framingham State and Worcester State. Potted the game-winning goal and set the school single-season goal mark in a dramatic 5-4 overtime victory over the Lancers as the Bears rallied from a 4-1 fourth quarter deficit. |

Defensive Player of the Week |

Gniadek helped the Owls close out an unbeaten regular season, making nine saves in two games while posting a 1.00 GAA and a .818 save percentage in a pair of wins. |

Rookie of the Week |

Andrade netted a goal and an assist in a 5-1 win at Salem State, and added another goal in the 2-1 win over Fitchburg State to close out an unbeaten conference season for the Owls. WWeekly Report 11/3 |
