The Worcester State duo of Erik Bjorn and Ryan Rubenskas claim the final regular season MASCAC Men's Basketball Player and Rookie of the Week honors after going 3-0 in conference play.

| Bjorn averaged 13.3 points, 10.7 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 2.7 blocks while shooting 69.6 percent from the floor (16-23) in a 3-0 week for the Lancers. Finished with a double-double of 19 points and 13 rebounds with four assists in the 68-63 win over MCLA and then finished with 12 points, nine rebounds, three blocks, two assists and a steal in the 94-49 win over Framingham State. |
Rookie of the Week
Ryan Rubenskas, Worcester State
Sophomore, Forward/Center, Bridgewater, Mass.
Rubenskas averaged 11.3 points and 6.7 rebounds in a 3-0 week for the
Lancers. He shot 57.1% from the floor and scored 10 points in just 14 minutes
in the win over Framingham State. Netted 16 points, seven rebounds, two assists,
a steal and a block in the 68-63 win over MCLA.
