Nick Parakilas and Marko Kononenko of Westfield State, Preston Joia of Mass. Maritime and Nils Cofalka of Anna Maria earn the MASCAC Men's Soccer Offensive, Defensive and Rookie of the Week honors.

Parakilas powered the Owls offense with three goals in a pair of wins, netting the first of the game just 15 seconds in at Regis, and tacking on the insurance goal late to secure the 3-1 win. Added another marker in the Owls’ 4-0 win over Fitchburg State as Westfield opens conference play 1-0. |

Joia pitched a shutout in the Bucs’ 3-0 conference win over Salem State on Saturday for his second win in goal on the season. He made four saves in the victory to keep the clean sheet. Weekly Report 9/15 |

Sophomore, Goalie, Kyiv, Ukraine
0.50 GAA and 10 saves. Earned a clean sheet with seven saves in a 4-0 conference win over Fitchburg
State, and allowed just one goal with three saves, and dished out an assist on a long punt as Westfield
State shut down Regis on the road, 3-1.
