Softball Weekly Award Winners 4/21
Cara Crowley of Salem State, Amber White of Bridgewater State and Danielle Belliveau of Framingham State are the softball weekly award winners.

Cara Crowley Salem State Sophomore • OF • Lynn, Mass. Crowley batted .818 (9-11) with two doubles, a home run and 12 RBI with a slugging percentage of 1.273 in a 3-1 week for the Vikings. Went 4-5 with a run and two RBI in a doubleheader split with Framingham State and went 5-6 in a doubleheader sweep of Massachusetts Maritime, scoring five runs and 10 RBI, including a three-run home run.

White went 2-1 with two shutouts in three appearances. Posted a 0.33 earned run average and fanned 16 without a walk in 21 innings of work. Tossed a five-hit shutout with seven strikeouts in a 1-0, eight-inning win over the the Lancers. Hurled a two-hit shutout and struck out five in a 4-0 win over the Lancers. Also gave up just one earned run and fanned four in a 2-0 setback to defending national champion Tufts University.

Belliveau hit .667 (8-12) with three doubles, a triple, a homerun, three runs scored and five RBI in a 3-1 week for the Rams. Went 2-4 with a triple and two RBI in the game two win over Salem State and picked up four hits including a three-run homerun in the doubleheader sweep of Westfield State. |
