MASCAC Women's Indoor Track and Field Weekly Awards 2/18
After competing at the MASCAC Women's Indoor Track and Field Championship, Naomi Cass of Bridgewater State, Eliza Lee of Westfield State and Janine Betcher of Worcester State take home the MASCAC weekly awards.

Cass captured the MASCAC individual title in both the mile and the 5,000-meter run while also running a leg on the Bears’ MASCAC champion 4x400-meter relay (4:16.31). Posted a career-best time of 5:16.50 in the mile and set the meet record with a time of 18:12.30 in the 5,000. Currently ranks 24th in the East Region in the mile. |

Lee finished first in both the long jump and the triple jump, improving her mark in the long jump to 15th on the national qualifying list with a leap of 5.67m. Also logged a 10.79m jump in the triple and is currently 18th on the national qualifying list and was second in the 400.
