For the third straight week, Anna Szymanski of Framingham State is the MASCAC Volleyball Player of the Week while Sarah Brogioli of Bridgewater State is Rookie of the Week after claiming conference wins last week.

Player of the Week
Anna Szymanski, Framingham State
Junior, Outside Hitter, Harwinton, Conn.

Szymanski averaged 19 kills and 12 digs with  a .248 attack percent in a 3-0 week for the Rams. Tallied 23 kills and 20 digs with a block in 3-1 win over Westfield State. She tallied 19 kills and 11 digs with two blocks in a 3-2 victory over Suffolk University and tallied 15 kills in the 3-0 win NVT-Lyndon.

Rookie of the Week
Sarah Brogioli, Bridgewater State
First Year, Outside Hitter, Milford, Mass.

Brogioli notched 21 kills (.222 hit%) to go along with five aces, 18 digs and two assisted blocks in a 2-1 week for the Bears. Tallied seven kills, one ace and four digs in a 3-0 MASCAC win over Salem State. Added eight kills, one ace, five digs and an assisted block in a 3-0 victory over Dean, and six kills, one assist, three aces, nine digs and an assisted block in a 3-0 setback to Gordon College.
