MASCAC Volleyball Weekly Awards 9/9
The Bridgewater State trio of Kim Gowell, Lilly Misay and Ava Crane claim the MASCAC Volleyball Offensive, Defensive and Rookie of the Week awards after opening their season last week.

Offensive Player of the Week |
| Gowell notched 40 kills (2.50 per set) and posted a .204 hitting percentage in a 1-3 week for the Bears. Also added 12 digs and four blocks (two solo). Tallied eight kills and four digs in a 3-0 win over Anna Maria. Totaled 32 kills, eight digs and four blocks (two solo) at the UMass Boston Invitational. |
Defensive Player of the Week
Lilly Misay, Bridgewater State
Sophomore, Libero, New Bedford, Mass.
Misay notched 44 digs (2.75 per set), 12 aces, 14 assists and a pair of kills in a 1-3 week for the Bears. Amassed 38 digs,
11 aces, ten assists and a kills in three matches at the UMass Boston Invitational. Tallied six digs, an ace, four assists and
a kill in a 3-0 win over Anna Maria.

Crane notched 51 digs (3.19 per set), 15 aces, four assists and 21 kills in a 1-3 week for the Bears. Amassed 43 digs, six aces, four assists and 15 kills in three matches at the UMass Boston Invitational. Tallied eight digs, nine aces and six kills in a 3-0 win over Anna Maria. Weekly Report 9/9 |
