Crane averaged 14 kills, four aces, 23 receptions, 11.5 digs and 1.5 blocks in a perfect 2-0 week for the Bears while posting a .415 hitting percentage. Notched 11 kills, two assists, three aces, 20 receptions, nine digs and an assisted block in a 3-0 MASCAC win over Mass. Maritime; and a season-best 17 kills, an assist, five aces, 26 receptions, 14 digs and two blocks (one solo) in a 3-2 come-from-behind conference victory on the road over Westfield State. |
Defensive Player of the Week
Katherine Crateau, Worcester State
Sophomore, Libero, N. Andover, Mass.
in a 1-1 week for the Lancers. Had 48 digs in the five-set setback to Framingham State. which
is a school record for a digs in a single match. Added 12 digs in the 3-0 win over Anna Maria.

Santiago-Alers averaged 22 digs per match in a 2-0 week for the Rams, including 24 with two aces in the five-set win over Worcester State and finished the week with 20 in the 3-1 win over Salem State. |
